What your transfer includes
Add one way or both to your tour. Each transfer is private: just you, the people you travel with and your driver.
Arrival pickup
From the airport to your hotel or the start of your tour.
- Your driver waits outside the arrivals exit with a sign showing your name.
- Help with your luggage to the car.
- A private, air-conditioned car and bottled water.
- We check your flight time, so a delay is not a problem.
- A drive straight to your hotel.
Departure drop-off
From your hotel or the end of your tour to the airport.
- Pickup at a time we agree with you, allowing for Dhaka traffic.
- For international flights we suggest leaving at least four hours before departure.
- A private, air-conditioned car and an experienced driver.
- Drop-off at the departures entrance, in good time to check in.

Questions travellers ask
How much is an airport transfer?
USD 30 per person, each way, between Dhaka airport and a hotel in Dhaka. If your hotel is outside the city, we include the right price in your plan.
Where will the driver meet me?
Outside the arrivals exit of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, holding a sign with your name. Only passengers may enter the terminal, so this is where everyone is met. We send you the driver’s name and number before you fly.
What if my flight is late?
We check your arrival time before setting off, so a delay is not a problem. If you are held up at immigration or baggage, message us on WhatsApp and the driver will wait.
Can you meet me at another airport?
Yes. If your tour starts or ends in Chattogram, Sylhet or Cox’s Bazar, we arrange the transfer there instead.
Is an airport transfer included in my tour?
Check the list of what is included on your tour page. If it is not included, ask us to add it when you book and it will be in your price.
Add a transfer to your trip
Tell us your travel dates and which tour you are interested in, and mention the airport transfer. There is no payment at this stage.
